If the dmg is not up yet, build from the videotosize-desktop folder with npm run tauri build.

If macOS says it cannot be opened

This build is not notarized yet. That is a warning, not a broken install.

  1. In Finder, Control-click VideoToSize.
  2. Choose Open.
  3. Confirm Open in the dialog.

Gatekeeper remembers that choice. We will notarize before charging money.

Windows

Coming next as VideoToSize-Setup.exe. Unsigned Windows builds will trip SmartScreen — we will not put a fake “safe” badge on that file until it is signed.
