Drop the file in the browser trial if it is short. Anything bigger belongs in the desktop app. VideoToSize plans a target bit rate from the duration, then encodes H.264 on your computer. Nothing is uploaded.
Short clips usually still look fine. Longer 4K will soften because 20 MB cannot hold that much. We lower bit rate first, then resolution if needed. Preview the result and keep the original.
Some recipients cannot open random transfer links. An MP4 in the thread still wins those arguments.
H.264 MP4 is the boring, compatible choice. That is the point.
