Drop the file in the browser trial if it is short. Anything bigger belongs in the desktop app. VideoToSize plans a target bit rate from the duration, then encodes H.264 on your computer. Nothing is uploaded.
Short clips usually still look fine. Longer 4K will soften because 20 MB cannot hold that much. We lower bit rate first, then resolution if needed. Preview the result and keep the original.
If upload failed at 10, you do not have the Nitro limit. If you have Nitro, 25 MB is the safer stamp here.
Output is H.264 MP4, which Discord accepts.
